Spring 2008 Schedule of Meetings
Our next meeting will be:
April 16th, 2009
It will be a Tax vs. Audit debate presented by Cherry, Bekaert, & Holland.
We will also be voting on officer postion for the 2009-2010 year. If would like to become an officer please contact me at the email address below.

Our meetings begin with networking at 7:00pm. Come dressed business casual to eat and chat with our guest speaker and fellow accounting students. Networking is located on the 3rd floor of Nelson Hall in the Accounting Suite.
Networking concludes around 7:30 and we move to Nelson 1206 for announcements and a presentation from our guest speaker. This is a great way to learn more about the accounting profession and the opportunities we have as accountants.
Nelson Hall is located on the corner of Hillsborough Street and Dan Allen. You can park for free in the Dan Allen Parking Deck after 5:00pm.

Our second meeting of the fall Semester will be Thursday, October 23rd, where we will have guest speakers from Lowe's Companies, Inc. They will be speaking about the company, and will present opportunities for accounting and finance students.
Currently, they are interviwing for jobs that you can apply for on ePack. Students are also welcome to bring resumes to the meeting.

Many thanks to Kelly Hamiliton and Kevin Buchser for speaking at our last meeting. It was great to hear about their transistion from being a student, to working at a big firm.
Tuesday, September 23rd - Guest Speakers From KPMG.
Our first meeting of the Fall 2008 semester will include guest speakers Kelly Hamiliton and Kevin Buchser, who work for KPMG, which is one of the Big Four Firms. Both of them are graduates from North Carolina State University.
