WHAT IS AID?

Association for India’s Development (AID) is a non-profit, voluntary organization whose objective is to address grassroots issues that are impeding the progress of India. The problems of poverty, illiteracy, unemployment, health, social inequalities and corruption reinforce one another. AID hopes to solve these problems by supporting developmental projects in promoting literacy, heath care, rural credit, vocational training, women’s empowerment and child welfare.
