Research Interests: Identifying processes involved in the perception, learning and remembering of information obtained through touch and how these processes operate. The relationship between touch and vision and the extent to which, for example, learning in one modality (e.g. vision) affects learning in the other modality (e.g. touch). Comparing performance of the visually-impaired and the sighted on a variety of perceptual, learning and memory tasks. "Forgetting" and how it may be reduced. |
