ComTech / WolfBytes & WOLF-TV

If you would like to publicize your programs and events on WolfBytes, the on-campus student television channel (channel 85), follow the submission guidelines here.

Hall Councils can also request movies to be played on WOLF-TV (channel 87). Please email student_telecommunications@ncsu.edu as far as possible in advance of your program date to ensure the best chance that your selection can be aired on the day/time you request. Please note that due to programming schedules and licensing, not all requests may be fulfilled.

Transportation / WolfLine

If your Hall Council would like to post fliers inside busses on specific WolfLine routes that many of your residents ride, contact Starr Wimberly, NCSU Transit Manager, with a copy of your flier for approval and information regarding posting policy for the WolfLine.

University Dining / Fountain Dining Hall

If your Hall Council would like to place table tent advertisements inside Fountain Dining Hall, or place an advertisement on the lobby flatscreen, obtain a solicitation permit from the Student Organization Resource Center, located on the first floor of Talley Student Center, for the dates you would like then visit the Fountain Dining Hall office to check space availability and deliver a finished copy of your advertisement for approval. If approved for table tents, your group will be responsible for printing, placing and removing them.

Information Technology Division (ITD) / Unity Labs

Some Unity Labs have bulletin boards where student organizations can post materials, however if your Hall Council would like to place table-tents inside a lab, please contact It_Hardware@remedy.ncsu.edu with a copy of what your table tent says and the dates you would like to have them inside the labs if approved. Table tents may not be taller than nine inches and no more than two may be placed per row of computers inside the labs. If approved, your group will be responsible for printing, placing and removing the table tents.
