Please, prepare your photo in an electronic format. The easiest way is to use
a digital camera (1) or a PC camera (2). If you don't have one, please ask KSA
webmaster (ncsuksa1 AT gmail DOT com) to take one. If you have a printed photo (3), you can scan it into an image file at various places (e.g. reserve room in the D. H. Hill Library.) When your photo is ready, please submit your photo by sending an email to KSA webmaster for the modification and enhancement to your photo. Please, include following information in the email: the year you joined NCSU, department, major, classification (MS / Ph.D / PostDoc / Faculty), email address, telephone number and the URL of your homepage if you have one.

Hill 도서관의 Reserve Room ). 파일 형태로 준비하신 사진은 이메일로 KSA 웹지기에게 보내시면 수정작업을 거쳐 주소록에 올려드립니다. 이메일을 보내실 때는 반드시 다음 내용을 부탁드립니다: 입학연도, 학과, 전공, 과정( 석사 / 박사 / 포닥 / 교수 ), 이메일 주소, 전화번호 그리고 개인 홈피가 있을 경우 URL을 포함시켜주시기 바랍니다.
