A Genes and Sleep

At the University of California, San Francisco, researchers may have found a gene linked to needing less sleep. Where most people need eight to eight and a half hours of sleep to feel truly energized and ready to start their day, people with a certain gene may be able to run on less than half that. http://www.nytimes.com/2009/08/14/health/research/14sleep.html?hpw
