You can always consult the seniors before signing the lease. Due to frequent changes, please note that, the rents, if mentioned below may not be accurate. It is also advisable to move in with the seniors as it will save you of all the trouble of searching for a new house, signing a new lease, getting telephone and power installed and FURNISHING (the most painful & costly part) your home!!!
