What is One Accord Gospel Enterprises? One Accord is a new, Christian-based company in Raleigh, North Carolina with a huge vision. Each function of One Accord operates under the Will of God, according to His given plan for it. The company consists of two main bodies: One Accord Gospel and One Accord Enterprises. One Accord Gospel is a gospel record company, spreading the Word of God through ministries of song and dance. One Accord Enterprises is a family of various types of companies, which will include a day spa, fitness center, hair salon, learning center, etc., all under one roof. One Accord Enterprises also includes programs (including OneTern) and hosts Christian events (gospel concerts, basketball tournaments, etc.). The purpose of One Accord is to "Open the minds of the people and allow them to use the wisdom and the talent that God gave them until He returns for them." OneTern is one of the means through which One Accord accomplishes this purpose. One Accord Programs: Embracing Our Youth - A One Accord initiative designed mainly for youth ages 17 and younger. This program consists of activities that positively impact members of this age group and encourage them to engage in self-enhancing endeavors. In the Summer of 2004, Embracing Our Youth began with the Teen Summer Carwash Program, which enabled teenagers to appreciate teamwork, financial management and healthy work ethic. OneTern Internship Program - A One Accord initiative established to prepare college students for their careers professionally and spiritually. Interns of One Accord are given the opportunity to work for a new company while in school, and gain experience in their fields along with networking and people skills, and personal growth in an environment that is truly about the ministry and gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. As a college student organization, OneTern enables students to participate in career-oriented activities such as workshops, seminars, and even bible studies. While internships are selective, the student organization is open to all students who desire "professional development in a Christian environment."
