Our Policies

We accept cash and checks (preferred), and you can now pay online through pay pal with your credit card.  Checks should be made payable to SCAVMA. There will be a $10 fee for all NSF checks, and we ask that these issues be resolved in cash and prior to picking up future orders.

Because the Barn is student operated, we cannot accommodate pick ups outside of the designated distribution times.  We do allow someone else to pick up your orders, if you are unable to come. Send them with your name and payment. Please contact us if this creates a consistent dilemma for you, cvm_hills@ncsu.edu.

If you are unable to make your pick up date, we do hold orders for 2 weeks, as a courtesy.  We understand that many of you may have cases that run late or emergencies that come up. 

We ask that you pay only for what you pick up, and reorder undelivered items on your own.
