WHEN/WHERE:
NOVEMBER 2nd (Monday)-NOVEMBER 6th (Friday)
***The silent auction lasts for a week at the CVM (MONDAY 2nd-THURSDAY 5th)

INFORMATION:
1. Please see the attached documents (links below):
a. SCAVMA Auction Letter 2009
This letter explains the logistics of the auction and can be used to
gather donations from businesses!
It includes:
i. Our non-Profit Tax ID #
ii. Address to send items to
DATE WHEN ITEMS ARE DUE: OCTOBER 31st!
b. Auction Ideas 2009
This list explains the type of items we are seeking! The list is a
representation of items which you may wish to donate; BY NO MEANS IS THIS
LIST COMPLETE. Many like to donate HANDMADE items (i.e. Jewelry, Pottery)
to show off their right-brained talents or SPECIALTY SERVICES (i.e. Jump
roping lessons, weekend boating trip).
NOTE:******The only limitation/request for items is that they are in
good-fair condition, CLEAN and FUNCTIONING; items need to be things that
people would like to purchase and use!*******

On behalf of the entire student body at NCSU CVM, we thank you for your
support of our veterinary education!
Any questions, please feel free to contact me!
Be Well,
Daria
