Jessica Ward

President (Jessica Ward, 2011)
The President is the chief executive officer of the Chapter and holds office for one year. The President attends all meetings of the SCAVMA presidents at the AVMA Convention and SAVMA Symposium (related travel expenses paid by the Chapter), shcedules and presides at all meetings of the Student Chapter (three times per semester), appoints committees and promptly fills vacancies in the membership of committees created by any cause, and votes only in the case of a tie vote by the executive board. The President also serves as a member of the Executive Board, ex-officio, and with the same franchise as its other members, and he shall be considered as an ex-officio member of all committees with full power to supervise and direct their work.

Daria Digiovanni

President-Elect (Daria Digiovanni, 2012)
The President-Elect shall hold office for one year and automatically assume the office of the president at the termination of the incumbent president's term of office. The President-Elect attends all SCAVMA meetings and presides over meetings in the absence of the president, aids and assists other Board members, becomes familiar with the duties of the president and the policies of the organization, develops a committee to coordinate the annual SCAVMA fund raising auction held in conjunction with NCVC, discusses duties with the incoming President-Elect, attends all meetings of the SCAVMA presidents and president-elects at the AVMA Convention and SAVMA Symposium (related travel expenses paid by the Chapter), coordinates SCAVMA elections in spring semester for the following year's officers.

Annie Shulman

Treasurer (Annie Shulman, 2011)
The Treasurer becomes the sole custodian of the financial resources of the Chapter and receives and holds all money of the Chapter in a depository selected by the Executive Board. The Treasurer is responsible for completing taxes forms, meeting with a financial advisor as needed, and auditing the T-shirt sales, Hill's CFPs, and Purina CFPs, and works closely with the T-shirt representatives, Hill's representative, and Purina representatives. The Treasurer attends SCAVMA executive board and Chapter meetings, helps the President run the budget and funding meetings during eash semester, reviews funding applications, and passes on information about duties to the Treasurer-Elect.

Brian Grossi

Treasurer-Elect (Brian Grossi, 2012)
The Treasurer-Elect attend SCAVMA executive board and Chapter meetings, works closely with the Treasurer to audit the T-shirt sales with the T-shirt representatives, learn the treasurer's duties, and, works with the Treasurer to run the last financial meeting in their second-year to design the budget for the following fall term. The Treasurer-Elect becomes the sole custodian of the financial resources of the Chapter and receive and hold all money of the Chapter in a depository selected by the Executive Board at the termination of the incumbent treasurer's term of office.

Cynthia Willson

Secretary (Cynthia Willson, 2011)
The Secretary attends all Executive Board and Chapter meetings to record minutes and correspondence, reads past minutes and gives them to the Websmaster to post on the SCAVMA Website. The Secretary is responsible for supplying the AVMA with member lists and other information as requested, maintaining the calendar of club meeting dates and events for each semester, maintaining a current list of class and club officers and SCAVMA executive board members, organizing club registration during the fall semester and maintain membership lists for all clubs, and maintaining records of SCAVMA points earned by members. The secretary shall hold office for one year and discuss the duties of the Secretary with the incoming Secretary before leaving office.

Chris Koivisto Claire McPhee

SAVMA Delegates (Chris Koivisto, 2011; Claire McPhee, 2012)

The SAVMA delegates are the liaisons between the AVMA and SAVMA and the Student Chapter. They represent the Chapter at the SAVMA House of Delegates meetings held at the AVMA Convention and SAVMA Symposium. Delegate serve for two years, beginning at the SAVMA Symposium of the spring they are elected. Delegates attend SAVMA meetings at the AVMA Conferences and the SAVMA Symposiums (related travel expenses paid by the Chapter). Delegates are responsible for maintaining a file of committee reports, minutes and other information, polling the Chapter for their viewpoint on SAVMA business items, promptly disseminating information from the AVMA and national delegate meetings, promoting the Chapter activities and the SAVMA Symposium, and attending SCAVMA executive board and Chapter meetings.
Within SAVMA, delegates become involved in one subcommittee of the House of Delegates and actively participate in the activities of that committee and in events designated by the SAVMA House of Delegates (ex. World Rabies Day). The Junior delegate coordinates the spring SAVMA Auction to raise funds for student travel to the SAVMA Symposium and organizes the Symposium trip. The senior delegate is responsible for notifying the SAVMA Advisor of the American Veterinary Medical Association of any amendments made to the SCAVMA constitution.

Stephanie Zick Vincent Ziglioli

Class Representatives (Stephanie Zick, 2011; Vincent Ziglioli, 2012; ?? 2013)
Class representatives attend all executive board and Chapter meetings and represent the concerns and viewpoints of their classmates. They also coordinate breakfasts during exam weeks and coordinate the Dog Day Run fundraiser in the spring.

Sara Dillon Emily Meyer

T-shirt Representatives (Sara Dillon, 2011; Emily Meyer, 2012)
The T-shirt room Representatives place orders, manage inventory, and oversee the sale of all SCAVMA merchandise, and provide the Treasurer with all necessary receipts and sales information needed. They oversee T-shirt room operations, develop a T-shirt room schedule, maintain records of the T-shirt room transactions, and work with clubs to maintain their inventory. They also coordinate the SCAVMA booth, volunteers, and merchandise sales at the NC State Fair and the NC Veterinary Conference during fall semester. The T-shirt representatives attend SCAVMA executive board and Chapter meetings and hold office for two years.

Kelly Dowdall Molly Mertes

Event Coordinators (Kelly Dowdall, 2011; Molly Mertes, 2012)
The event coordinators hold office for 2 years and attend SCAVMA executive board and Chapter meetings. They are responsible for coordinating at least one social event for SCAVMA members and faculty during each semester (ex. Hill's-SCAVMA Fall Picnic, spring volleyball tournament), in addition to the annual SCAVMA semi-formal for all faculty and SCAVMA members at the North Carolina College of Veterinary Medicine during the spring semester. They keep the executive board informed of venues, refreshments, and expenditures for all events planned and work with the Treasurer to make payments and track receipts.

Jenessa Andrzejewski Marnie Silverstein

Open House Representatives (Jenessa Andrzejewski, 2011; Marnie Silverstein, 2012)
The Open House representatives hold office for 2 years and are the liason between the students and the Open House planning committee. They are primarily responsible for working with administration and faculty to coordinate the Open House event held in the spring. The representatives attend all open house committee meetings, relay information to the student body from the committee, maintain a current list of the open house representatives for each class and registered club, ensure that involved class and club positions know the pertinent facts about Open House setup and operation, and record the student volunteer SCAVMA points for the Secretary. The Open House representatives also coordinate the SCAVMA concessions, SCAVMA information booth, and student volunteers, as well as maintain information about vendors, set-up, and other pertinent details to serve as a future reference.

Jeremy Tobias

Webmaster (Jeremy Tobias, 2011)
The Webmaster holds office for one year and works with the executive board to maintain an up-to-date SCAVMA website, including the lunch meetings and events calendars, funding applications, budgets, list of officers, and any other information the Executive Board deems necessary. The Webmaster is responsible for training the incoming webmaster, maintaining SCAVMA's online activities and surveys, attending SCAVMA executive board and Chapter meetings.

Amber Musick

Student Senator (Amber Musick, 2011)
The Senator holds office for one year and attends all Senate meetings (1 per month), as well as SCAVMA executive board and Chapter meetings. The Senator is responsible for updating the executive board on current events inside the NCSU student government, ensuring that SCAVMA is registered properly as a student organization, and sponsoring appropriation requests put forth by SCAVMA and members of the student body.

Sirima Yaemsiri

NCVMA Student Representative (Sirima Yaemsiri, 2012)
The NCVMA representative holds office for 2 years and acts as a liaison between the NCVMA and the NCSU-CVM student body. They are a voting member of the NCVMA board and attend quarterly NCVMA board meetings, organize student volunteers for the NCVMA kids party at NCVC, represents requests for donations from SCAVMA and other CVM groups, and attends SCAVMA executive board and Chapter meetings.

Quentin Hodges Melanie Jarrett

Hill's Representatives (Quentin Hodges, 2011; Melanie Jarrett, 2012)
The Hill's Student Representatives are hired by Hill's Pet Nutrition and serve as non-voting SCAVMA Executive Board members in order to be involved in the process of funding student activities. They are requested to attend SCAVMA executive board and Chapter meetings because of the monetary donation from the on-campus College Feeding Program.

Cynthia Willson Isel Del Valle

Purina Representatives (Cynthia Willson, 2011; Isel Del Valle, 2012)
The Purina Student Representatives are hired by Purina and serve as non-voting SCAVMA Executive Board members in order to be involved in the process of funding student activities. They are requested to attend SCAVMA executive board and Chapter meetings because of the monetary donation from the on-campus College Feeding Program.

Sarah Ferrell

Online Store Coordinator (Sarah Ferrell, 2011)
The SCAVMA Online Store Coordinator oversees operations of the SCAVMA Online Merchandise Store, including processing Online Store sales (bimonthly), coordinating packaging and shipment of merchandise, and
maintaining accounts with FedEx and Paypal.  The Online Store Coordinator also stocks the SCAVMA Online Store Cabinet, works with the T-shirt Coordinators to oversee the sale of all SCAVMA merchandise
in the SCAVMA Online Store, and works with club fundraising representatives to stock club merchandise for the Online Store.  The Online Store Coordinator attends all SCAVMA executive board meetings
and holds office for 2 years.
