What is SHRM?

The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is the world's largest association devoted to human resource management. Representing more than 170,000 individual members, the Society's mission is to serve the needs of HR professionals by providing the most essential and comprehensive resources available.

What about NCSU SHRM?

We're fortunate here on NC State's campus to have one of the best student chapters in the nation. NCSU-SHRM has been consistently recognized as one of the top 10 chapters in the nation. We've been recognized nationally as a Superior Merit Award Chapter for the past six years running, and as a Merit Award Chapter prior to that. The NC State student chapter also sweeps the awards at the state level: we've been recognized as the Most Outstanding Student Chapter in North Carolina for each of the past six years.
