Students for Sustainable Energy is an NCSU student organization formed in 2004 with the purpose of generating awareness about energy conservation and promoting the use of renewable sources of energy on campus.
Mission Statement
Students for Sustainable Energy will work with student government and university administrators to create a pathway for facilitating innovative projects on campus that will promote energy conservation, enhance energy efficiency and utilize renewable energy sources.
Vision
We imagine NC State University as a regional leader in adopting sustainable energy practices for all current and future operations on campus. These sustainable energy practices will help reduce long term operating costs, protect the environment, enhance campus life, and maintain NC State's prestige in the university community.
