Hello! Welcome to the official website of the Thai Student
                      Association (THSA) at North Carolina State University
                      (NCSU). We would like to take this opportunity to first
                      introduce you our university. NCSU is one of the premier
                      higher education institutions in the world. It offers degrees in
                      numerous disciplines as well as infinite opportunities for
                      exchanging ideas and interacting with scholars from around
                      the world. Because of its location in the research triangle
                      which consists of NCSU, the University of North Carolina at
                      Chapel Hill and Duke University, research activities are nearly
                       limitless. Many of our academic departments are recognized
                       nationally and ranked high in various rating surveys. Several
                       high-tech and biotech companies are located within the triangle area; that is, co-op and
                       postgraduate job opportunities are well within reach. NCSU is hosted by the City of Raleigh,
                       the capital of the State of North Carolina. Smoky Mountains on the west and the Atlantic
                       Ocean on the east of the state have attracted many both from intrastate and out-of-state
                       (http://www.visitnc.com).

                                  THSA has been an integral part of the community here and will  continue to be                         an active member of the university. Our members are well distributed in many                         disciplines and we are willing share insight details and ongoings of specific academic
                        departments.  Regarding student life here, the university offers on-campus
                        dormitories with meal service and the graduate student apartment close by the
                        campus. Other private housing options are also richly available in the area, which
                        university shuttles can commute you to the campus with no charge. I invite you to
