Annual Zoology Pig-Pickin’
Mark your calendars for October 21st. A very fun event held each fall complete with beer and pinantas. There are lots of vegetarian options as everyone is asked to bring a side dish or dessert. This year the event will be held at the University Club. Click here for map.

Departmental Holiday Party
Another fun time with good food held at the end of fall semester. A big thank you to whomever made those chocolate covered turtles!

After-Seminar Receptions
Many times receptions will be held at student or faculty home for Thursday seminar speakers. These receptions are a great time to get to know visiting scientists in a friendly environment. These are usually announced at seminar or via email.

First Friday Happy Hour
